"These are the worst badges I have ever…"
These are the worst badges I have ever seen.They are one inch in diameter, making the image (which is low resolution to begin with) small. Then, a white border has been added around the image makig it so small as to be completely illegible. I don't know why they even bothered to send these out, frankly. They are going in the bin.

"100 bucks for an insult?"
Carefully designed three mugs using their custom design page. Paid 100 bucks for them. Only 2 arrived both showing different sized imagery and very low quality edges and colours compared to my hours long precision designs. These products are unusable as the gifts I made them to be, having already arrived too late. 100 bucks for - what - an insult?
"Confusing Seller Interface"
I set up my shop yesterday and I'm struggling to edit and add products. I'm an experienced designer and have created my own original designs. But the interface is BEYOND confusing. I created a section for apparel with dark colors to add a white design and it all seemed fine. But afterwards I simply cannot find it. I've spent hours in a frustration trying to navigate this interface. HELP! I'm seriously considering deleting everything.

"Poor quality car magnets..."
I carefully chose and ordered two magnets for my sparkley new 2023 Honda CR-V... both related to my passion for spaying, neutering and pet adoption. Both are such poor quality that I imagine they'll end up in the trash and never on my vehicle. The printing is blurry, the color of the print is not vivid (an understatement), and it is not even centered. Imo a complete and total waste of time and money

"Do not but from CAFÉPRESS !"
Bought a shower curtain.
The printing was appalling,with pixelated edges to the images.
Nothing like the one shown online and outrageous quality for the money! Considering what I’ve read there seems little point in trying to get a refund/return. Just have to take the hit and learn from the £50 loss experience.
My advice would be to AVOID CAFÉPRESS PRODUCTS. Expensive and nasty quality.

"I ordered a MEDIUM Agility Long Sleeve…"
I ordered a MEDIUM Agility Long Sleeve T-Shirt, and I received a size SMALL, which does not come close to fitting me. In my effort to return the shirt, I have been on a phone hold for over 1 1/2 hours without anyone taking my call. I have sent two emails to the Customer Support address given; NO REPLY. I will never order from these people again!!

I ordered Clothing and it is not true to size. I ordered XL and it is like a Medium. I cannot wear them and it is not cost effective to send them back. So, I loose all the way around. The quality was fine, but I cannot wear it.

I can't believe this company and it's ridiculous unprofessional way of treating your orders. So LAME, I had no xmass cards this year, because this company took weeks to produce, then on top of it after not sending it when sent it was to a wrong address where it ended up missing. The tracking number isn't even legit as the numbers match up to no such service. They refunded me but I would of never used them if I would of know of this. Never again, going back to zazzle at least they send your items and aren't a bunch of scammers.

"Deployment"
My son is in the military. He got deployed in April of 2022 and won't return until April of 2023. I bought my first 26 cards on CafePress so I could send him one card every week. I sent an email to CafePress to see if I could get a discount for ordering so many cards at once. I received a very nice email response from a young lady that thanked me for his deployment but also gave me a discount code for the cards. After I sent out the 26 cards I needed more. So I went and made another purchase of 15 more cards. I didn't request a discount I just made the purchase because my son said he loved getting the cards and some of them made him laugh so hard by the pictures or the sayings on the cards. The quality of these cards were above my expectations and the customer service was excellent. I will continue to purchase these cards even when my son returns home. Thank you Cafepress.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
on 6 December 2022 I purchased some personalised pj's with my Sons photo on. As it stated it was a UK website based in Leeds I thought it safe. I then received an email to say it would be with me by 19th, it is now 22 Dec and I have received nothing. I have emailed support several times and not once have I had a reply. When you try phoning them it says they are open from 9am to 6pm but when I call at noon they say I am calling outside business hours. There is no one to talk to, no one will respond to my emails and I am over £35 out of pocket now. Disgusting service and I will never use them again. They really need to put that this is a US site and highly unlikely you will receive anything you order!!!! AVOID!
