"Packed well from what I remember"
I remember my Cafepress order showing up in good shape overall. The box had a small dent on it, but the item inside was completely fine and not bent or damaged at all. There was maybe a little more packing paper than needed, but I’d rather have that than something arrive messed up. Overall, I was happy with how it was packaged.

I ordered a couple of shirts from CafePress, and yeah, the prices felt fair for what I got. Not like super cheap or anything, but also not the kind of pricing where you’re sitting there wondering why a t-shirt costs that much. Shipping did bump the total up a bit, which is always kind of annoying, but also normal at this point, I guess. The shirts themselves were decent, the design printed fine, and nothing felt disappointing. I’d probably order again, especially if there’s a sale going on or if I need some kind of custom gift and don’t feel like overthinking it.

"Big selection, but it feels kind of thrown around"
CafePress definitely has a ton of different products, which is great if you like browsing around. But the site feels cluttered and messy, like everything was just dumped in without much care. It can be hard to find the nicer stuff because you have to dig through so much. The variety is there, but the way it’s handled feels a bit careless.

I ordered a couple of shirts and a mug from cafepress, and for the most part everything showed up how I expected. The mug looked great, and one of the shirts was exactly what I picked out, so I was happy with those.
The other shirt, though, had the design printed a little off center. It’s still wearable, but considering the price, I expected the print to be more accurate. Shipping was okay, but I do feel like some kind of refund or credit would be fair since one item wasn’t quite right. I might order again, just probably not for anything too important.

"Print did not come out good"
I ordered a shirt and the print came out bad. It was blurry, and after just little bit it already looked faded. The colors also didn’t match the preview at all, looked like totally different shirt. I’m disappointed and probably won’t order from here again.

"Shirt was just okay, and I felt kind of brushed off"
I ordered a shirt from CafePress and the print looked fine, but the material was thinner than I expected. It’s wearable and it didn’t fall apart after washing, so that’s good, but it doesn’t feel very soft or high quality. For the price, I thought it would be better. I also felt a little ignored when I tried to figure out if this was normal for their shirts. Not the worst purchase, just average overall.

"Support left me waiting and didn’t fix anything"
I had an issue with my order dealing with support was really frustrating. I spent way too much time waiting in the queue, and when I finally got a response, it was just the same generic message over and over. I explained the problem twice, but nothing actually got resolved. It felt like they were just hoping I’d get tired and give up. I don’t see myself ordering from CafePress again unless they seriously improve how they handle customer issues.

I ordered the shirt assuming it would fit like the size chart suggested, but it was tiny when it arrived. From the way the sizing info was presented, I figured it would be reliable, but it wasn’t helpful at all.

I had a problem with my order confirmation so I sent them a message, wasn’t expecting much back. But they replied faster then I thought, same day and all, and actually explained what was going on.
The person I talked to was nice and didn’t make it all confusing. They got it fixed without me having to chase them a bunch of times, which was a relief. Happy with the support.

"Fun designs, kinda easy to get lost browsing"
I grabbed a mug from CafePress mostly because the design felt a little different from all the samey stuff I keep seeing everywhere. It had this funny little drawing on it and just felt more personal, like someone actually made it, not just random clipart slapped on there.
The quality was totally fine and shipping was okay, maybe a little slower than I hoped but nothing crazy. I do wish some of the designs had clearer previews tho, because I kinda had to guess a bit. Overall I liked the originality and yeah, I’d probably order again.

"CafePress updates were kind of a mess"
I ordered from CafePress and the product itself was fine, nothing amazing but not terrible. The updates, though, were useless. The emails were so vague it felt like someone just tossed a few words together and called it communication. I had to keep checking myself to figure out what was actually happening with my order. Support did reply, to be fair, but their answers were about as clear as mud. For something that should’ve been simple, they made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be.

I got my refund back without any hassle at all. It was quick, easy, and straightforward, no chasing people, no endless emails, no waiting around for days, no confusing forms, nothing like that. I just requested it, it got handled, and the money came through. it was smoother than dealing with most returns, cancelled orders, subscription issues, or anything like that.

I hopped on cafepress.com looking for a funny mug, it was easy to use. The search worked like I expected, and the categories were clear enough that I wasn’t sitting there wondering where to click next.
A few pages did load kind of slowly for me, and after a bit I was like, okay, there are a lot of designs here, maybe too many, but then the filters helped me narrow things down. They could still be a little better, though.
Checkout was simple, which I always appreciate because I hate when that part gets weird or confusing. Overall, I had a good experience and found the site easy to deal with, just not totally perfect

"Decent, but not worth it if you want more control"
I tried using this to make a basic shirt, and while it technically worked, I felt limited with the customization options. I couldn’t really tweak things the way I wanted, which was frustrating. For the price, I was hoping for a bit more flexibility. It’s fine for something super simple, but if you’re trying to get the details just right, it might not be worth spending extra on.

"Discount Didn’t Really Add Up"
I used a discount code on CafePress, it didn’t feel like I saved much once everything was totaled. The item itself was fine, but after shipping got added, the final price was still higher than I expected.
I get that shipping costs money, but if a site is pushing promos all the time, you’d think the discount would make a more noticeable difference. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not much of a deal in the end.
